Every time I visit Source Healing, I have a personal healing epiphany! In her Lake Forest office, you'll experience an immediate exhale as you melt into the lovely zen energy thoughtfully curated in this intimate space.
Outstanding Experience at Source Healing – Highly Recommend! I came to Source Healing as a complete newcomer to acupuncture, referred by a family member—and I couldn’t be more grateful. I’ve been seeing Jinyoung in Lake Forest, and she is truly exceptional.
Source Healing is an essential part of my and my family's wellness team. I have personally benefited from acupuncture, massage and dietary support to reduce inflammation.
I highly recommend Source healing, and it’s great they have a Lake Forest location now! I’ve been going to Source healing for 7+ years and I credit Christie & her team for guiding me through a very difficult time by providing physical and emotional support- it was transformative.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
