I had an incredible experience with this massage therapist in Canyon Lake, and I can confidently say it's the best bodywork I've ever had. As an athlete, I'm always dealing with tight muscles and soreness, but their sports massage techniques combined with cupping made a huge difference.
I have been going to Nichole for years. I will follow her wherever she goes!!!!! That’s how good she is! You’re in safe and capable hands. I’ve had several different services like cupping, CBD, deep tissue, lymphatic, relaxing sounds, like a singing bowl and music. She will massage away all your troubles.
I went in for a massage and cupping due to lower back and hip pain. Nicole was able to give me a tremendous amount of relief! She even helped me with some valuable hip stretches after my treatment. She was very thorough and the studio is beautiful, clean and relaxing. I will definitely be back for another session!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
