From the reviews
My husband had used Pacific Pro and highly recommended them to me. I had a total knee replacement and was into therapy with this team in Lake Elsinore 2 days after my surgery. It's been about 4 months later and I am done! Great team and I agree with the remarks of the previous reviewer.
I recently completed a course of physical therapy at Pacific Pro Physical Therapy on Railroad Canyon Road in Lake Elsinore following my third knee replacement. Erin and the crew at Pacific Pro are the best around! Everytime I've gone in for a rehab session, I am greeted nicely at the front desk from either Matt or Amber. I have been around many clinics and worked with many PTs on injuries due to my profession as an athlete. Erin is up there with the top I've worked with.
Pacific Pro Physical Therapy staff are amazing. Every person, including the front desk, physical therapists and assistants were so very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. My Physical Therapist Allan covered every aspect of my injury. The PT Assistants really worked me hard, but it felt so good.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
