From the reviews
Was visiting from out of town and wanted to take advantage of being kid free! I received a 90 minute cupping massage and it was heavenly! Incidentally, I also was dealing with some muscle irritation that Ada helped to focus on to break up some of the knots. Very relaxing and therapeutic experience!
Clarance told me, in no uncertain terms, that I would be sore the day after my deep tissue massage. Having had multiple deep tissue massages before, I said, “I know. I’ll drink plenty of water and take a hot bath when I get home.” I told him I like firm pressure.
My massage with Troy was truly healing. I was nervous going in, but he immediately made me feel at ease. The touch pressure during the massage was just right, and I definitely felt better coming out than going in. The facility was easy to find, clean, and comfortable.
Husband and I had a couples hot stone massage with Aleta and Tiara! They were wonderful! The massage was great, they were attentive and the beds were really comfortable. Definitely recommend them!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
