From the reviews

My experience at Secret Garden Spa was wonderful! My only regret was only booking a 60-minute massage! I wish I had booked longer so I could have stayed in my state of massage bliss. The house is so inviting, homey, and a little quirky in a good way. I felt relaxed just walking into the building.

My experience was amazing here. I love how aesthetic the place is all around. I got the chance to enjoy the hot tub for an hour with my sister and we were delighted to have the cucumber water in the champagne glasses. We had such a nice time enjoying the scenery and everything was so peaceful and lovely there.

I can only speak from my own experience as this was a group massage. This was my first massage, and although we arrived a few minutes late, we sincerely appreciated the accommodation. The house had a very zen atmosphere with beautiful decor, and we even got blessed by Miss Kitty 🐱.

We had such a wonderful time at secret garden spa! The staff were all kind and inviting. You come in and take off your shoes and hang up your coat and feel right at home. We booked the romantic couples massage and the room was perfect. I loved all of the flowers and plants that were in the spa.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
