From the reviews
I just saw Angela today for the first time, and she was AMAZING, to say the least. I wanted to address some issues I have with shoulder pain/mobility and issues with my right calf muscle, experiencing spasms and fatigue. She listened very intently and immediately got to work. The massage she gave me was incredible!
Great and professional therapist! I could tell that Angela is knowledgeable, in touch with the body, and a very caring person. The location is convenient with a peaceful/clean interior, the massage was very therapeutic, and Angela was a good listener to my concerns.
Angela is such a great problem-solver that I regret not having met her earlier. She is well-versed in all complaints I had with my body. What truly amazes me is that, she does not perform redundant things - the whole session is highly efficient. Plus, the studio is private, cozy and spacious.
I have been experiencing lots of pain from my neck, shoulder down to my right arm since March 1. I have seen a chiropractor and have been to Physical therapy. I looked for another option and found Angela had all 5 star reviews. The 5 stars are not enough.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
