I had the best massage in a long time today! I also had cupping done to help with an elbow injury/pain. It helped immensely! The staff was very kind, rooms and facility was very clean. Pricing is very affordable! I will be going back. It's a great little secret spot!
Had an absolutely amazing full body and hot stone massage. Nice and welcoming atmosphere, room was nice and big, table was comfortable. Guy didn't say a word during the massage, which I absolutely appreciated. Even massaged my ears! I could tell he focused on areas where there were obvious knots and tension.

Drove up to Indy from Louisville for wkend getaway and called ahead and scheduled a couples massage for me and my wife. We usually do this whenever we travel. Everything was great. Both of our massage therapists worked out some serious kinks. My wife said it's one of the best ones she ever had.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
