I have been going to Dr. Smith for several years now. He has successfully dealt with pain from my numerous athletic injuries. He is not afraid to think outside of the box. He also treats the whole body, not just the part that hurts most. Lately, I found out that he is certified and very good at dry needling.
Considering everything is being run by just 2 people, is amazing. They're accommodating and when I was called early in to work and wasn't able to reschedule ahead of my appointment, I was prepared to pay the no show fee, it was my fault of course. I texted the number stating my issue.
My wife went to see Dr. Smith because of a pinched nerve in her neck. All of the office staff were very attentive, and Dr. Smith made sure she was much better before we left for the summer!!!! We can’t thank all of the staff enough( for their compassionate care.
Dr. Smith is amazing! Always so friendly and super knowledgeable. Always makes me feel so much better! Definitely join his practice! Even if you Think you don't need chiropractic, You do! So good for your body! Take care of it! You only get one!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
