I’ve been going to this spa since the summer, and every visit has been amazing from the very first time. Booking is always easy, which makes the whole experience stress-free. The prices are great, especially when paying with cash, and the value for the quality you receive is hard to beat.
This is a good spot. Great service. Make an appointment, much easier. Clean. Quiet. I believe her name is Nancy, she was great. Focused on the area with the most pain for me but wasn't brutual with her approach. Others when I tell them about pain, attack it like I owe them money.
As u can see I have been going to Smile Spa for a while with all the stamps I have on my card. They are excellent, clean and very professional. My masseuse is excellent and makes me so relaxed that sometimes it takes me a while to drive out of parking lot. Would so recommend Smiles Spa

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
