From the reviews
Simzy Therapeutic Massage is located within Luminous Massage. Upon entering the building, head down the stairs and the entrance is located on the right. Rochelle is the massage therapist at Simzy's and she has always done an amazing job in previous sessions at Massage Envy, this visit was no different!
has worked wonders for me, coming from having a broken back (L1 burst) has been able to take a lot of my pain and tightness away from using Graston and cupping techniques, is one of the only Graston massage therapists in the area and is very knowledgeable in what she she does 5/5 for the cutest little (service) helper…
Such a great experience! It was very warm and welcoming. Massage and cupping was so relaxing. Dog was the cutest! Can't wait to go back!
I can’t recommend Rochelle enough! She has an insane amount of education and expertise, and it completely shows in her work. She is super knowledgeable but also makes you feel so comfortable and relaxed the whole time. A truly amazing massage.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
