From the reviews

I didn't realize how much I needed this class until I experienced it. Nervous System Sanctuary gives me the space to slow down, breathe, and truly relax. I leave feeling calmer, lighter, and more grounded.

I was pretty hesitant to try Biofield Tuning at first because it was so outside of my comfort zone and not something I had ever experienced before. But after giving it a chance, I started noticing the benefits and how much better I felt afterward.

★★★★★ — Jamie, Jul 2026

I feel so grateful for the extraordinary biofield tuning session I had with Kristin Weber at Simple Touch Therapeutics. I have been to several Biofield Tuning practitioners and Kristin is the cream of the crop!

★★★★★ — Krista, Apr 2025

I have been seeing Kristin as a massage therapist for about 8 years. She is amazing! I deal with chronic headaches, and her massages are part of my therapy. She has developed a treatment plan that has helped me, and she always seems to find the trouble spots. :) Her new location is lovely...

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
