Update to my previous overly wordy review: Summary: Just make an appointment already, you'll feel better. Inexpensive, high quality care backed by training, education, and family tradition. Atmosphere of respect, compassion, and sincere concern for the well-being of the patient.
I first came in with very painful rotator cuff tendinosis I had been dealing with for about 8 months. After 6 sessions of therapy, I am almost pain free. Aaron does more than acupuncture and cupping . He will massage and stretch the muscles as well.
I never really knew about acupuncture before trying Aaron for a severe pain in my neck and shoulder. After just three visits I’m almost pain free! He’s helped me feel so well in so many ways - I sleep better I have less night sweats and I am not in constant pain.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
