From the reviews
So grateful for Raegan’s help - every time I have left her treatments feeling a sense of clarity, calm, and strength that seemed so far away. A couple times people have seen me after treatments and made comments like, “You seem happy!” or, “You seem better!” and it’s wild to have other people notice.
From the moment you walk in, Reagan greets you with warmth and professionalism. She takes the time to thoroughly discuss your concerns, making sure she understands your specific needs. She has helped me with insomnia, anxiety, and my neck and shoulder pain. Reagan’s approach is both thorough and compassionate.
Raegan with Silk and Stone is so knowledgeable and helps relieve any symptom I come to her with. I started coming to Raegan for acupuncture (which is amazing) and I'm staying for the herbs and cosmetic acupuncture. When you go in for cosmetic acupuncture it feels like a mini vacation.
Raegan is such a skilled, professional and intuitive practitioner. She listened to all my concerns and gave me an incredible treatment - not only was I glowing afterward but I felt so peaceful and happy that I practically floated out of there. I would definitely recommend her to anyone!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
