From the reviews

I have never left a review before, but after the amazing massage I had with Kim, I knew I had to share! Kim was amazing and so personable from the moment we walked in. She does amazing work and made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. Very happy and blessed to have booked a random massage here!

Jessica Lyons, massage therapist, works magic on a stressed out body! Once a week for years she has massaged out the knots and tenseness in my neck and shoulders. Now I have a constant feeling of well being!

Juny gave me one of the best massages I have ever had. She is great at working out knots and tension. I felt so much better after the appointment and will definitely book again.

I was looking for a message therapist who is sensitive to fibromyalgia but can work with tight muscles. I saw Kim and she did phenomenal, I moved to Texas 3 years ago and haven’t found a therapist I’ve been happy with until her. She educates you and helps you understand the muscles.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
