If I could give more stars I would! I can't say enough good things about Shannon and the quality of care that she showed me today. I am a chronic sufferer of pain, anxiety , depression, migraines and gut issues, of more than 30 years. After one half hour treatment I could feel the difference.

I hav seen Shannon for A number of reasons,no sleep, over worked,asthma to name a few. I get immediate relief and sometimes I have to have a few treatment to calm down the asthma but it’s worth it . Shannon is truthful downto earth and knowledgeable about her profession.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
