My wife and I recently had a couples massage at Essential Escape Spa + Yoga in Medina, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was relaxing and welcoming, and the staff made us feel comfortable right away.
I had a great experience today!!! I’ve had multiple massages here and it’s always a calm, happy, peaceful and clean environment! Always offered a water and the staff is hospitable. I had a deep tissue massage with Kendra today— she was very professional and super sweet!! Definitely would recommend!!!
Very nice! Inviting atmosphere at reception. Nicely decorated and clean. The massage table was heated and the sheets were comfortable. The massage oil used was not greasy either which I liked. My masseuse used great pressure through the whole 90 minute massage. 10/10

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
