From the reviews
As a triathlete recovering from shoulder surgery, I was struggling to get back to 100% mobility which was inhibiting my race performance. Acupuncture with Phil has been the only solution. Phil is extremely thoughtful in his approach and has enabled me with deep education each visit.
What can I say? Four weeks ago my hip was so painful that I couldn't walk. Today after 4 sessions with Phil, I am pain free, full of energy and walking everywhere. I'm feeling so good that this morning I even cleaned the attic - up and down stairs and pain free.
I have had the pleasure of being a patient of Phil Veneziano at Seven Points Wellness for acupuncture treatment over the past several years, and I can't express enough how fantastic he and the whole facility is. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and at ease.
My husband and I are so happy to have found Seven Point Wellness. Cristina & Phil are both incredible and so knowledgeable in their treatments. They are both so warm, friendly and have a great sense of humor. I went in for treatment for anxiety and learning more about the big M. (Menopause).
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
