From the reviews

I am so glad I gave this spot a try today! I was looking for a place that had availability somewhat last minute for a Saturday appointment and came across Serenity Wellness 。 90 minute deep tissue massage My massage therapist, Mandy was beyond kind and accommodating.

I don’t usually write reviews, but I truly felt this one was deserved. This was honestly the best head massage I’ve ever had. The therapist was so gentle, attentive, and thoughtful throughout the entire session. You can tell they genuinely care about their clients.

Hubby made an appointment here for me for Mothers Day for the first time. We have a usual spot we go to so I was a little nervous to try a new place; however, Eva did an amazing job. She was so sweet and constantly made sure the pressure was okay. All the women there were so kind and had great customer service.

★★★★★ — Destiny, May 2026

It was my first time here and first time getting a scalp treatment. My appointment was with Zoe and she was fantastic! She did an amazing job with my scalp, my head feels so clean and my hair is so smooth. I also got a massage and it was just what I needed. I almost fell asleep.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
