Two things happened in March 2020: I experienced a rotator cuff injury & I lost my sense of smell after Covid-19. Luckily I found Kere. My doctor said I needed surgery but after working with Kere and her amazing “hands”, my shoulder has healed.

Appointments with Kere are always a highlight of the week. Her patience and deeply personalized care has helped me rethink what to expect and seek out in my holistic health care.
I canNOT say enough great things about Kere Paz and her gifts as an Acupuncturist. I have grown in my healing so much, it is hard to put it into words. Her presence is warm and inviting and her ability to connect with what is happening in my body allows me to surrender to the healing that is taking place in all of the…
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
