From the reviews
I've been coming here for at least 7 years! So many great massage therapists! My recent service with Chloe was fabulous, otherworldly. The entire salon is so beautiful and nourishing to body, mind and spirit. I’ve taken yoga classes here too and have received acupuncture from Andrea who is top notch.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 🤗My husband and I had a couples massage for our anniversary. It was heavenly from the moment we walked in. We were offered a lovely tea while we realized prior to our services. The lounge area is gorgeous with a tea bar and retail area with yoga and tea items.
This was my first visit to a Serasana location, and I left thoroughly impressed. The space was spotless, serene, and inviting, truly a peaceful retreat. The staff were warm, welcoming, and highly professional from the moment I walked in. A special thank you to Laina, who was absolutely phenomenal.
I had the opportunity to get a message and acupuncture at Serasana recently and I'm so glad I did! My treatments started with an amazing, soothing massage from Shayla. She started the session by asking me is there were any areas that were sore or tight and what brought me in to get a massage.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
