From the reviews

I can’t say enough good things about Flow State Acupuncture! Paige is incredibly effective and she takes a holistic approach to healing. Not only is she kind and compassionate, but she’s also consistently on time and professional.

★★★★★ — Lisa, Jun 2025

This woman has changed my life! On October 4th, I had to stop working because of arm pain. Using a suggestion by my manager, I did a Google search for an accupuncture person nearby. I found Paige and she agreed to stay late to treat me. I felt better after my 1st visit. She did accupuncture and cupping on me.

★★★★★ — Nachaele, Oct 2022

I started seeing Paige at Flow State Acupuncture during a tough season as a new mom life with lingering back and sciatic pain. From the start, her thoughtful and well-rounded treatments made a noticeable difference. She doesn’t just treat symptoms, she addresses what’s really going on beneath the surface.

Paige has done an incredible job and has opened my eyes so much more to holistic medicine! Not only do I enjoy her opinions on herbal supplements, but the combination of acupuncture and cupping has done WONDERS for any body pain, but also my anxiety, hormones, and gut health!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
