From the reviews
Being a difficult patient, it is often hard to find a doctor and office that marks all the check boxes. Selemna chiropractic does. Dr Chase is amazing, not only at adjustment but easing my fears and anxiety brought on by previous chiropractors and internet stories and research.
Google helped me find this place when my back went out on a Thursday evening and most of the others in the area were closed on Fridays. They were able to see me right away. I was in so much pain it hurt to walk. Dr.
Dr. Chase takes the time to really listen and understand what’s going on and explains things in a way that’s easy to understand so you can get to the root of the problem, not just the symptoms. His adjustments are great, and it’s clear he genuinely cares about helping his patients feel and move better.
I went to Dr Selman Chiropractor practice with a extreme back pain, that I could barely walk without help or cane, but after 1 week's treatment I was able to move around freely, and got a whole lot better within the few weeks .
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
