From the reviews
5 stars are not enough to rate my sessions with Sara. She is the best massage therapist I have ever experienced since I was introduced to massage many decades ago. I usually try to think about which area of massage is my favorite but now I just relax and enjoy the entire experience.
My husband and myself truly enjoyed our massages. Sara and Gina were very polite and professional. My husband said Gina gave him the best massage he has ever had. Gina was able to find all of his sore spots and work them out. Sara was amazing with such peaceful hands. She took her time with my stubborn tight muscles.
Gina is an amazing masseuse who has cured a stubborn pinched nerve in a single session. What really separates them here though is how much they truly care about you and your wellbeing. I have never experienced that before from a massage therapist. Can’t recommend them highly enough.
To call Sara a professional is an understatement. Sara is much more than that. She is a person absolutely devoted to her purpose. She’s knowledgeable, skillful and dedicated to the total well being of her clients. More than a massage therapist she is a healer who has helped take my life back from pain.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
