My first experience with a cupping massage. I’ve been wanting to try it for a while since it’s a more intensive version of lymphatic massage and I’m glad I did. Heather was amazing. She was professional, explained the process so I understood the sensation of cupping before hand.
…I have been going to her for months now, and I get the deep tissue massage with cupping. I’d recommend her to anyone! When you book deep tissue, be prepared for deep tissue lol she always finds the problem spots and is truly a miracle worker for the amount of relief I’ve gotten from these massages/cupping!
This was my first time coming here and what an experience it was! April is AMAZING! We chatted about my needs and she delivered big time! She made me feel very comfortable and very relaxed! The ambience was perfect! I definitely will be coming back!

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
