My first experience with a cupping massage. I’ve been wanting to try it for a while since it’s a more intensive version of lymphatic massage and I’m glad I did. Heather was amazing. She was professional, explained the process so I understood the sensation of cupping before hand.
All it took was one massage to get me hooked. Heather did such a great job of getting to know me and my needs, and even made suggestions based on my issues. I have been going to her for months now, and I get the deep tissue massage with cupping. I’d recommend her to anyone!
I really enjoyed my massage. It was the best professional massage I have ever received. It is a calming environment, comfortable, warm table, and very clean. Before the session she asked for a few spots that might need extra attention and she went above and beyond with those areas.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
