From the reviews

Amazing place. Super friendly staff. Very short to no wait to be seen. This is the second PT place I’ve been for my problem, and Todd and his staff are great! Got my knee back to running condition quickly when I spent nearly three times at the other place and never fully healed.

Todd is great! He helped my wife with her knee problem. I also work in the same building and see him frequently - just a real nice guy and great at what he does!

The BEST physical therapy place around! The entire staff is incredibly welcoming and hard working! They are so thorough and take their time with each patient. Great company! Nice clean office and very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Got me right in, and got right to the root of my injury. They were able to do a treatment that other Dr's were not willing or able to do. I self paid and the cost was very affordable. I know where I am going to go when I get another sports injury.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
