Sara has been an amazing help with my overall well-being. She is extremely knowledgeable to answer any questions. The ambiance is extremely relaxing. Sara goes above and beyond to promote a comfortable and safe setting. A recent move to a new location has not disrupted her abilities in any capacity.

I am almost at a loss for words at how amazing my experience was with Sara. I made a last minute appointment for a 60 minute massage. Before we started I mentioned that I had a schedule conflict that limited my time to 60 minutes instead of 90.
Sara is always so grounding, and I leave feeling very relaxed. She is located in a beautiful space. The massages are always the full 60 minutes, sometimes longer! Her monthly wellness program is such a good deal, I definitely recommend it.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
