I highly recommending Santulan Massage with Renuka !Renuka is very much knowledgeable &experienced about Total Human body.I Came for my Upper body swelling&Pain &breast cysts.
If I could provide 10 stars, I would. I was experiencing challenges from a frozen shoulder, rotator cuff and related muscle injuries, and Renuka helped tremendously. Her techniques helped with lymphatic drainage also, which really helped.
Really enjoyed my experience at Santulan! I was initially interested in lymphatic drainage to accompany my fitness journey, but after my initial visit, I learned so much about the practice and all the ways it can benefit me.
I can’t say enough about this massage with Renuka. I had gone to her because of pain in my neck and lumbar spine misalignment and lymphatic drainage. I had been suffering from fogginess and depression. Couple integrative massage sessions with Renuka with chakra balancing and I got my life back.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
