From the reviews
I’ve received several massages from Autumn, and she is an excellent massage therapist. She is very skilled, attentive, and clearly knowledgeable in her work. I've had a lot of upper back pain through the military and previous jobs I've had and she's been great at targeting those areas but also not making me hurt…
Autumn was such a great massage therapist. I got the 60 minute hot stone massage and it was HEAVEN. I am an athlete and I workout 5 days a week so getting this type of massage was exactly what my body needed. Very professional, very friendly, clean, and she came to me so I could be comfortable in my own home.
Autumn is amazing at what she does. She focuses on just the right spots, is very knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable from the moment you step into the room until you leave. Very professional and highly recommend!
Autumn is amazing! Very professional. She had me feel very relaxed and made me want to sleep through the whole session. I highly recommend her, I will be rescheduling in the near future. Autumn, thank you again!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
