Sylvia is pure magic!! This is the only place in Utah I will go to for massages from now on, actually felt a difference after my first massage, very deep tissue massage, she finds all the right spots and works with you to help release blockages that you didn’t even know were there on an energetic level.
Manoa is the best massage therapist I have ever had work on me, extremely deep pressure. She actually listens and focuses on your problematic, painful areas.
This place and Sylvia are the best! I have super tight muscles from dancing and after a few visits I feel infinitely many times better. Deep tissue massages are something I had never done before so they were a little painful at first, but my body now feels completely rejuvenated. Definitely becoming a regular here.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
