Hot dang! Gloria really knows her stuff. After a very stressful tense week my wife booked a massage at this spot. Simply amazing! I could barely talk after. I'd never had a massage with stones but it was incredible.
I came here with a friend, and we both got massages. It was a wonderful experience, very relaxing, and probably the best massage I have had in Utah. I did feel a bit sore afterward, but that was fine since I specifically wanted knots and aches worked out.
I had such a wonderful experience at Hands Massage Spa in Provo. My massage therapist was incredibly attentive, professional, and skilled — one of the best massage therapists I’ve ever had. She really listened to what I needed and provided the perfect balance of relaxation and therapeutic work.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
