This place is a hidden gem! My esthetician and massage therapist was Destini. She was absolutely amazing, talented, gifted, and I would highly recommend her to anyone! I’ve never been more relaxed in my life!! My skin looks flawless and my body feels well rested lol and stress free!

I struggle with TMJ. Nicki melted away all the tension and pain in my jaw with tmj massage. I felt so much better immediately after. I highly recommend her to anyone experiencing TMJ!!! You won't regret it. I look forward to my next visit to try a new treatment out.
For years I have used massage therapy to stay healthy, limber and active, so when I moved to Panama City Beach I sought out someone that I could trust, was available and was what I considered to be the epitome of excellence.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
