From the reviews
I had the most amazing lymphatic drainage massage experience! From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was calming, clean, and so relaxing. Priscilla was incredibly knowledgeable and explained the entire process, making me feel comfortable and confident in the treatment.
I’ve been going to Sage Healing for a few months now and the experience has been absolutely wonderful! I see Amy for acupuncture, and from my very first visit I noticed improvement in chronic joint pain and sleep issues. Amy’s expertise, the way she listens, and how thoughtfully she addresses concerns is outstanding.
in a world where wellness feels more like trends and quick fixes, priscilla is sharing sustainable habits and educating me every appointment on things that have really helped my body feel its best over the last six months of doing brazilian lymphatic drainage.
I recently saw Dr. Amanda at Sage Healing Collective for Hormone Replacement therapy, and I had an excellent experience. She was knowledgeable, personable, and made me feel completely at ease. I noticed improvements in how I was feeling fairly quickly, which was very encouraging. I highly recommend Dr.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
