From the reviews

Rhonda gave me one of the best massages I've had in a while! She communicated great about pressure throughout, and it was just what I needed- not to soft, but not super firm. She focused on my issues so thoroughly, I feel like my she really heard me and read the tissues and what they needed.

Sage Blossom is amazing. When I moved to Austin I was looking for a place I can relax and wind down. Their spa is super clean which is big on my list. All the therapists are incredible and strong + can do firm massages (another prerequisite for me). I had to get a membership. A big, big perk is their infrared sauna.

Sierra took care of me today, all I needed was a quick 30 minutes of down time and she helped me out perfectly. Lovedthe environment too.

★★★★★ — Brooks, May 2026

I have a membership with Sage Blossom for monthly 60 min massages which I recently upgraded to be 75 min. Rhonda and Jessica are amazing! They are both friendly, attentive, and knowledgable. I went to Rhonda regularly before my work schedule changed and I switched to Jessica.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
