From the reviews
Exceptional experience! Dr. Lindsey’s expertise is truly remarkable. From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I felt welcomed and cared for. Dr. Lindsey’s approach is both professional and compassionate, taking the time to thoroughly understand my concerns before crafting a personalized treatment plan.
Dr Lindsey is the most patient and detail oriented person I've ever had the pleasure of working with. I came in with chronic back pain that I've been fighting for almost a year. My low back pain was so severe, I was barely able to get out of bed.
I had a back injury that left me with daily pain and limited mobility for the better part of 5 years. I tried PT at one place that did nothing for me. I finally got a recommendation to another PT location that specialized in backs that really helped get range of motion back but I still had daily pain, though reduced.
Dr Lindsey is amazing! Every time I see her, she asks me how I'm feeling mentally and physically. She listens and then suggests how she can help me with how I am feeling. I really appreciate that she takes the time to listen and help me. I always feel relaxed and recharged after her appointments.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
