From the reviews

Highly recommend Natalie for massages. I've been seeing her on a regular basis for 3 years. I am older but try to stay active by running & working out so I am always experiencing some kind of discomfort. She's helped alleviate pain in my shoulder, elbow, leg & foot. She's wonderful with her hands, gua sha & cupping.

As someone who learns best through hands-on and in-person instruction, Natalie hits both marks perfectly! Explanations are clear and understandable for experienced and inexperienced therapists. I look forward to taking more courses from Natalie as I continue in my career. Thank you!

Best massage I’ve ever had! In the past years, I’ve basically given up on getting massages. Every time I went, a therapist would “work” on any present issues, and I would walk out in pain for weeks. This is the only massage I’ve had where I walked out feeling better. This was a gifted massage.

I have taken a class from Natalie and have been on her table. She is a great teacher and an excellent massage therapist. This is coming from a massage therapist with well over 20 yrs experience, so you know im paying attention. It takes a special kind of person to work on me and get results, she is that special.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
