…I never knew about the cupping procedure before getting worked on by Ashley and it's really helped me with my back issues. The setup in her office is perfect, you're in complete silence with just the spa music to relax you.
Ashley really cares about her craft. She pays attention to your soreness levels and is very communicative before, during and after the sessions. Her place is so comfy and really relaxing. I really enjoy supporting local businesses and hers is one of them. Highly recommend!
Ashley was able to find and remove some of the pain I've had for years. Every tight nerve and nerve ending in pain, somehow she knew exactly where it was and got it. I cannot express how relaxed I felt afterwards. If I have the time, I will be fitting this into my schedule more frequently.

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
