From the reviews

I have had positive experiences from classes and events that I attended. A very beautiful vibe in a beautiful space. I love the "out west" feel and energy that has been infused throughout. I love the rooms there, but the Sedona room may be my favorite!

Dan, who was working the front desk was very polite. He called us before our appointment to confirm if it was okay if we were sharing the salt room with another party which I thought was really respectful and courteous, in which my party didn't mind! The ambiance of the place was peaceful and calming.

★★★★★ — Danielle, Feb 2026

The facility is very clean and relaxing, love that there are clothes, products available to purchase. Staff is professional and kind. It was my 1st massage with Jessica Ferris. I will be requesting her moving forward. Literally the BEST massage I've ever had!

Don’t judge a book by its cover is what I thought as we walked out of this place. Soma Cura Wellness Center is in a humble grocery store strip mall and I admit, I wasn’t super excited at first.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
