She is very intuitive and managed to take into consideration all of my back issues and give me a massage that was therapeutic and yet also relaxing.
Sidney was so nice and her massage was perfectly tailored to my needs. She used the cupping technique on my shoulder, which was new to me, and it was amazing! There was a big miscommunication on my end about the time, but she was kind and was able to still see me a little later that day.
Will be back! Best massage I’ve had in a very long time & Sidney was so sweet! She gets all the hard to get knots & is great with conversation! I’ve looked for someone who was good at cupping & she definitely helped me feel a ton better :)

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
