I had such a great experience here. I had a full body massage with cupping. It was very relaxed and comfortable, the pressure was perfect, and she asked me multiple times throughout to assure I was happy with it, the noise level was low, the temperature was good.
This place is amazing!!! Whole staff was great!!! Amy was awesome!! she was very small so I wondered if she could get deep tissue massage??? Well turns out she’s the strongest woman I’ve ever met lol awesome job I added the hot oil, and cupping. Cupping was so crazy I loved it!!! Love this place I’ll def be back soon!!
I had an excellent deep tissue massage today. I added hot stones, hot oil and cupping. Both were very beneficial & effective on my aching back & shoulders. Amy was my masseuse ~ she did an excellent job & communicated well with me.
Incredible experience!!! I am someone that deals with health issues, muscle tension, chronic pain, etc, and Massage Crystal has been absolutely amazing both times I have been so far! Everyone is attentive and kind, and throughout the massage there are check ins.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
