From the reviews

Dr. Phil is that one in a million Doctor! I’ve had multiple complicated health issues for over the past 17 years and not have had any success through the conventional realm, and especially in dedicating the past 8 years with natural medicine doctors such as Naturopaths, several herbalists in town and afar across the…

The moment you meet Phil, you'll notice his gentle, caring and warm nature immediately. I see Phil weekly at his clinic and have been doing so for over a year. He's helped me through various ailments: insomnia, jaw pain, SI joint problems, dizziness, health maintenance and more.

I prefer not to go into personal details about my family’s medical situations, but I can honestly say that the herbal treatments Dr. Settles provided helped resolve health issues that traditional medicine had not been able to improve for years. The results have truly felt miraculous to us. I highly recommend Dr.

I've been seeing Phil for 3 months, at first weekly and now every other week. My primary problem was lymphedema, but I had several other issues. After my first visit, I noticed a big difference in the swelling of my calves, ankles and feet. Subsequent visits only made the condition better.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
