From the reviews
Jessica is by far the best massage therapist I have ever been to. She really understands the body and can help solve problems associated with pain, flexibility, targeted movement, etc... The cupping has helped reduce pain and with my range of motion in both arms and shoulders.
I have been in pain for 2 years since having my daughter. Jessica started cupping treatments on me and I’m FINALLY feeling relief! We set up a plan and a goal and I’m very excited to be seeing results so soon! I highly recommend her if you need some relaxation and instant relief from pain.
As I told Jessica after my session, this was an entire experience not just a massage. The thorough intake and discussion prior, the room ambience, extra comfy table, the hot stones, and the cupping. All were amazing! One of the best massages I’ve ever had. I will be back!
I’ve seen Jessica twice now and each time I walk out feeling great! Physically, mentally, she checks all the boxes. Cupping has worked well for me and it’s cool that she likes to try different things for different people. Excited to book more appointments!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
