Nachole has created a beautiful setting which relaxes you the minute you walk in. Even the bathroom is inviting and calm! You feel the spa experience before receiving your treatment.
I don’t normally post reviews, but I don’t normally get massages either..however….I just had an amazing 90 minute Swedish massage from Kat. Excellent! I have been playing golf 3 to 4 times a week lately and having some lower back pain. Kat listened to my issues and I walked out in one session feeling amazing.
The music is very relaxing and everyone is very kind and welcoming from the second you walk through the door. My massage was wonderful. I play soccer and lift in the gym. I’m a very sore person but while I was getting my massage she was very mindful of asking if it felt good or if she needed to go lighter.
The entire team are fantastic and incredibly welcoming. I've tried each of the therapists over the last year and they are all excellent. They also offer infrared saunas which make a nice finishing touch to the experience.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
