This was my first time ever getting a massage, and I honestly had such an amazing experience! From the moment I walked in, everyone was so kind, welcoming, and professional. The staff made me feel very comfortable and relaxed right away. The therapist was incredibly skilled and attentive.
If you're a bodybuilder or workout a lot and need deep tissue work, Yuki is amazing. She applies the perfect amount of pressure and finds the areas that need a little more work without you even telling her. She asks about injuries and if it's OK to do certain stretches beforehand.
We are absolutely planning to return! My wife had the day off from work, and with the kids away, we decided to treat ourselves to a couples massage. It was an incredibly relaxing experience. I opted for the deep tissue massage, while my wife chose the Swedish, and we both thoroughly enjoyed them.
First time trying out this massage place and had a very pleasant experience. The lady named Yuki is very kind and did an awesome job. I run a lot and came here super sore and the massage was just what I needed and I was very satisfied with the service.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
