From the reviews
Dr. Sundstrom is terrific. And the massage therapist really helps me to. Been to several different chiropractic offices in my 48 years and this is definitely one of the best.
Dr Sundstrom has healed me through 2 car accidents! And now helping my son with his sciatica issue and now a car accident he’s been in. Highly recommend Dr. Sundstrom!
I cannot thank Chad and his amazing team enough. After struggling with persistent back pain, finding them was a gift. Chad’s expert, thoughtful care, combined with the entire team’s incredibly warm and supportive atmosphere, guided me to real healing.
Dr. Chad was amazing. I had such a wonderful session. I always feel great after leaving his office.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
