From the reviews

i had my first cupping therapy session with caleb, and he was so kind and thorough. i felt very comfortable the entire time. i would 100% recommend him to anyone interested in cupping therapy or a massage, and i’ll definitely be back!

I had a session with Caleb about a week ago, and it was unlike any massage I’ve experienced—in the best way. He worked primarily without lotion or oil (aside from a small amount while cupping my back), which allowed for really focused, intentional fascia work. The technique felt incredibly effective and unique.

I just had my first massage session with Caleb this weekend, and it was absolutely incredible! He is extremely knowledgeable about the body and knew exactly which areas needed attention. I left the session feeling completely relaxed and stress-free. I would highly recommend him to all!

★★★★★ — Andrew, May 2026

I’ve been going here for massage therapy and have had a really great experience. He’s extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to actually understand what’s going on instead of just going through a routine.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
