I found Omayra first in March and got started on one of her packages available right after my 2nd appt. Hot stones, CBD oil, aromatherapy, and cupping are offered and at extremely fair price for *her time and hands!
I had a nice massage here. It had good pressure and helped with my shoulder pain, plus the aromatherapy oil mixture she used was out of sight. The price was very reasonable and the location was easy to find. The one thing I would mention that is a slight negative is that the massage area is within a fitness studio.
WOW most phenomenal massage ever!!! Omiraya is incredibly skilled at what she does! I was also super impressed by the assortment of services she offers and the techniques she uses. I actually feel like she anticipates what my body’s needs better than I even do!
Omayra gave me the best massage for my right shoulder and neck. Being recently postpartum she hit the exact points that are overworked after carrying a baby every day and breastfeeding. Shes excellent. I’m a chiropractor and I work very heavily muscles with clients - I’m always seeking someone who works like I do.
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
