“She is working with me on improving mobility and strength in my hips and she’s the first PT to really take a long look at my issue and give me very useful information and tools to use.”
“Knee rehab is brutal, and they were so skilled at finding that balance of pushing me (and my knee, literally) and backing off when I was in too much pain to push.”
“They have taken the time to really listen to what my issues are, and took me through a thorough evaluation to address how to best help me.”
“From the front receptionist, Nicko to my therapists Sloane and Kristen it's made the uncomfortable times tolerable with their positive attitudes.”
“When we first came, Connor, who is awesome, was extremely helpful in informing and guiding us about her injury and her recovery plans.”
From the reviews
I had no idea what to expect when in came to physical therapy, but it truly changed my second pregnancy for the better. After months of no sleep because of hip pain, I’m finally able to get through the night and day feeling well rested. Jacquelyn is amazing and I’d recommend her 100x over again.
I recently started seeing Connor in Fort Collins after relocating and needing to switch physical therapists during my ACL recovery. From the first couple visits, he has been very engaged, thorough, and intentional with my care.
Jacqueline is amazing! She is working with me on improving mobility and strength in my hips and she’s the first PT to really take a long look at my issue and give me very useful information and tools to use. I will recommend everyone to come see her
I am winding down my 3-month PT journey for knee replacement rehab. I can’t say enough good things about this practice. From the front desk staff who make me feel welcome to the practitioners who truly know what they are doing. I worked with Jacquelyn Farquhar PT and Derick Page PTA, and they are a great team!
What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
