From the reviews

The ONLY place I go for the quality Acupuncture. I have been going to Holly for Acupuncture and Cupping for years, she is AMAZING! Holly is very intuitive, insanely nice and beyond wise when it comes to that deeper healing. She has helped me with a variety of health issues and I am eternally grateful!

Acupuncture is my favorite form of self-care. If I could only choose one way to feel better and more relaxed it's with acupuncture. I see Michelle and she's a godsend. She has helped me heal from many health issues. I have also seen Holly and she's equally knowledgable and helpful.

Michelle is amazing! I have been seeing her at the cancer center where she is doing great work. Recently, when I couldn't get an appointment at the cancer center and was struggling with treatment side effects, I decided to see her at her private practice which was even more amazing .

One cupping session after acupuncture was all it took to bring me much needed relief from 5 years of ongoing post mastectomy pain. Really impressed with Michelle and cupping!

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
