From the reviews

As a fellow doctor of acupuncture, I needed a trusted colleague that I could send my referrals to. Logan has helped several patients that were relocating from DC to SC. One of these patients had been suffering from chronic low back pain and was responding well to treatment.

★★★★★ — Devorah, Jan 2022

Logan is a true healer, she is kind and centered and offers compassion to her patients. I have received Acupuncture treatments in the past from her for stress and insomnia and was amazed at her ability to customize a treatment that helped alleviate these symptoms.

★★★★★ — Nemesia, Jun 2021

• VA Community Care Approved For Veterans • I cannot say enough wonderful things about this acupuncture and wellness practice. From the moment I walked through the door, I felt an overwhelming sense of calm and care.

★★★★★ — Jessica, Jun 2025

Logan is an attentive, inquisitive and exceptionally skilled acupuncturist. Her ability to understand where a person is in their healing journey helps her develop keenly insightful treatment plans that are dynamic, effective and unique to the individual.

What to expect from your first cupping session

New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.

Cupping isn't for everyone — if you're on blood thinners, pregnant, or have a skin condition or bleeding disorder, check with your doctor first, and always tell your practitioner about health concerns before a session. This page is directory information, not medical advice.
