I had such a great experience at this massage spa inside Salons by JC in Lighthouse Point. 😍 The location is wonderful, clean, well-maintained, and has a modern, welcoming look. There are also nail and hair salons there, which makes it so convenient.
I found Lillian through Google after seeing her great reviews, and she absolutely lived up to them. I went in last week for a deep tissue massage and have never felt that relaxed before. Today I came back for hot stones and cupping, and once again the relief and overall relaxation were unmatched.
Lilian is a very skilled massage therapist! She really knows how to get the knots out of sore muscles. Her massage is indeed therapeutic, helps relief pain. Her deep tissue massage is true deep tissue not just heavy pressure. The place is relaxing clean and inviting. 100% recommend

What to expect from your first cupping session
New to cupping? Here's the short version. What happens: the practitioner places cups on the skin — most often the back, shoulders, or legs — and creates suction (with a pump, or briefly with a flame for fire cupping). Cups either stay put for a few minutes (dry cupping) or are glided over oiled skin (massage cupping). A session is usually 15–45 minutes, often added to a massage or acupuncture visit. The marks: cupping leaves round, bruise-like circles that are normal and usually fade in a few days to a couple of weeks — they're discoloration from the suction, not an injury, and shouldn't really hurt. What to wear: comfortable clothing that gives access to the area being treated. Afterward: drink water, keep the area warm, and skip intense sun or a hot sauna right after.
